Meeting Market Demand for Specialist Flooring Services
Parnell, Auckland 27.01.2023 – Face Consultants Ltd, part of the CoGri Group of companies and experts in the design, surveying, and testing of commercial and industrial concrete flooring, today announced that they have opened a new regional office in Auckland, New Zealand.
Plans to develop operations were accelerated by growth in demand in New Zealand for the specialised warehouse and industrial flooring services Face Consultants provides. This new office is the 25th to open around the world.
Face Consultants New Zealand will offer its clients the full range of services available, including floor flatness surveying and testing, design and consultancy, and flooring solutions for warehouses and other facilities.
“Opening the new Face Consultants office in New Zealand was a crucial step in providing expert knowledge and specialised flooring services to a country where the market growth of warehousing and storage services has increased by 3.6% in 2022,” said Kevin Dare, CoGri Group’s Managing Director.
“With worker shortages and changing customer delivery expectations, many are adopting automated warehouse solutions to meet these requirements. The base of all warehouse operations, the floor, must be ‘fit for purpose’ and this is where our team’s concrete flooring knowledge and skills are needed.”

Face Consultants New Zealand will be headed up by Tim Walker, who formerly worked with the CoGri Group as the Regional Manager of CoGri Asia Pacific PTY Ltd. in 2011, and Brayan Jara, Face Consultants’ new Business Manager.
